1. Software Products – No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software products, all software purchases, SaaS subscriptions, downloadable products, and digital services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

By purchasing our software or services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted after delivery, activation, or access has been granted.

2. Service-Based Projects

For custom development or service agreements, refund eligibility (if any) shall be governed strictly by the signed service contract.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or billing error. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.
